Friendly staff, the best location, close enough to everything but quite so you can chill. Great bar with fun bartenders. Next time I come to KW I hope I stay here. 11 out of 10!!

We stayed at this hotel from July 22–25, and unfortunately it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Our room was never cleaned at all during the entire stay. We informed the front desk early in the morning that housekeeping never came, but no one ever showed up to clean the room. After calling again and explaining that this completely ruined our vacation, the only thing they offered was a refund for one night and parking. The AC unit barely worked, the floors were dirty, and we even found stains on the bedding, which is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The pool was very small and dirty, and parking was far away and extremely inconvenient. What makes this even more disappointing is that our friends had recommended this hotel, so we expected much better service and cleanliness. Overall, the hotel felt dirty, poorly maintained, and not worth the money. Very disappointing experience and definitely not a place we would return to.

Great location. Friendly staff, especially the bartenders (shout out to Alejandro and Jefferson!). Lovely grounds and pool area.
