Convenient location for proximity to Stanford Hospital.

The floor was filthy, the TV didn’t work, extremely low water pressure in the shower, and the water took over five minutes of running to get warm.

NOTHING WENT WELL!

The room was terrible! As soon as we opened the door we were hit with an overwhelming odor of Clorox. We opened all the windows to air it out but none of the windows had screens on them so we closed them to avoid having a room full of insects. We slept with the odor through the night. The bathroom walls were peeling paint from everywhere due to a huge past roof leak. We stayed only one of the two nights we paid for...it was that bad!!! When we were leaving, a large man fell from the stairs next to our room, we personally told the manager to come and assist, she said she would... but never did. I helped the man to his feet and to his car. I went upstairs and brought down his luggage and personal effects and sent him on his way. Still no manager, no 911 call, no nothing! No coffer maker either! Really? We proceeded to leave as fast as we could to get to the Stanford Hospital to receive a procedure I had scheduled for the day. I am a 68 year old man, who has worked in construction all my life and this is what I thought of the accommodations. There is not enough room in a 100 page notebook that could hold the summation of my wife's criticism of our stay at this Motel. My thoughts...stir clear!

Everything. Smells, old, ROACHES, rude staff, plug didn’t work, closet won’t open, walls are super thin, might be a bad neighborhood: neighbors have bars on windows, fridge was filthy and very old…..
