The view for west lake is wonderful! Get the club lounge access and breakfast at level 8. Walking to shopping area and food area. Wonderful.

The location is good if you want to see West Lakes

The room 655 - I asked for a non smoking floor and I was told this is non smokingnfloor. The whole air cond system reeked / send off cigarette smoke especially in the middle of the night. The whole place is run by a bunch of young staff who don’t know what they are doing. Bad enough they don’t understand you in basic English but they are so unprofessional . I asked for a small cup of fresh milk and they directed me to the cafe who then sent a small coup up to my room. The cost of that small cup of milk was 58 Yuan which is about Aust $ 12. That is just so crazy.
