Jacaranda Indian Ocean Beach Resort

A wonderful beach, exceptionally friendly hotel staff, excellent cleanliness, and beautiful, well-maintained gardens.

The only minor drawback was that hot water was often unavailable in the shower. However, everything else was so perfect that the occasional cold shower didn’t detract from our holiday

The friendly and helpful staff were the highlight of our stay. We especially enjoyed the evening entertainment and dance shows, which our children loved. The intern waiters were professional, attentive, and always willing to help. The resort also offers good value for money compared to many beachfront resorts in Diani, making it an affordable option for families.

The food lacked variety, and being charged for water during dinner despite having a half-board package was disappointing. The rooms were small, with no family or interconnected room options, requiring our family to stay in two separate rooms. The pool was also small for the size of the resort. We occasionally found lizards in the rooms, which frightened our children. The beach was not as clean as other Diani resorts we have visited, especially after low tide. Finally, the handling of a missing personal item near the pool was disappointing, as no assistance was provided after we reported it.

Die Anlage ist recht weitläufig und nett angelegt . Die pooolanalage ist ebenfalls schön gestaltet. Freizeitangebot ist nett ( Tischtennis, dart, billiard)

gesamte Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück ist einfältig und das Personal sehr langsam und vergesslich. Das Personal am Pool ist lieber am Handy als sich um ihre Aufgaben zu kümmern. Der Pool war leicht schmutzig und auf Handtücher musste man auch lange warten. Das gesamte Hotel hatte eher einen AI-Charakter was uns gar nicht gefallen hat ( Bespaßung mit Animateuren) und hat einen recht unpersönlichen Eindruck hinterlassen. Der Strand und der Zugang zum Wasser ist eine Katastrophe bzw. nicht wirklich möglich…
