It's a beautiful compound, well kept and clean

The buildings at old, no modern toiletries, accessories or anything. They couldn't even get slippers for the rooms. No beach towels were available. Very poor customer service. Majority of the staff was impolite, uncooperative and incompetent. We had to ask twice or three times to get out orders. Charges increased after we reached the hotel.

I liked that it was by the ocean and that the staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive.

Swimming in the ocean is almost impossible, so the hotel should build a larger pool with ocean water pumped into it so guests can swim in the ocean water in the pool.

Food was good, good people stuff. And hospitality was great. AC is excellent

Furniture is bit old, light need to be increased wifi is weak

The Architecture

The room floor looked unhygienic and the fact that bathroom slippers were not provided in the room. The rest is okay.

The staff were great....friendly and efficient. The scenery was absolutely amazing...great location and beautiful garden

The pool is far too small. Desserts weren't good at all. They need new recipes and more variety. The bathrooms in desperate need of an upgrade....notice that there aren't a single picture of the showers or toilet...it is not pleasant Rooms need renovations...it's old and requires attention.
