Stanza super spaziosa e dotata di tutto. Molto gradito il servizio di reception 24h, il parcheggio e il frigorifero in camera. Tappa comoda per un on the road prima di arrivare a San Francisco.

Great last minute decision

I chose this location nearby a meeting I needed to attend I arrived at 3 pm to check in and was told it would be an hour before my room was ready, my meeting started at 4 I needed to shower and change the delay caused me to be late 40 min, not happy with the check in delay/

Clean quiet good

Very comfortable and quiet. Fast check in and check. Definitely will be back

1. The front desk guy was horribly rude & gave us a key to someone else’s room. When we told him the room was taken he didn’t believe us and called his manager. They made us wait another 20 mins for them to find another and then gave us the first room next to the lobby. 2. The room had horrible water damage and mold on the walls, ceiling, and door. The carpet was ripped from 2 sides and was sticky. They tried to paint over bubbled up water damage and it was peeling off the wall. The door to the bathroom was covered in bubbled up pain and water damage that obviously came from the bathroom. Bathroom floor was not clean . I didn’t take my sandals off to even use the bathroom. 3. The bed was HORRIBLE. Paper thin and all you can feel are the springs. The bedding is a thin white sheet and a worn out thin brown blanket. Only thing that was ok was the pillows were super soft. 4. We could hear EVERYTHING in the lobby and the people next to us. We didn’t sleep at all. We didn’t even leave our stuff in the room when we left for a few hours. I honestly didn’t even want to stay but we already paid the deposit and wouldn’t get the reservation back. The whole hotel is VERY VERY outdated and needs a lot of maintenance. The mold & water damage is unexceptable. There was another guest in the lobby upset that he was charged 3x for the same room and the staff was arguing with him for a while even after the guest showed him his bank statement. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Poor hygiene in the property there was Cheetos under the bed. And dusty everywhere I have a dust allergy and had a reaction to it . I will not stay here again
