La habitación asignada no se corresponde en absoluto con lo que se muestra en la publicidad. En primer lugar, las ventanas estaban prácticamente cubiertas con un material tipo fibra o malla, lo que impedía completamente cualquier tipo de vistas, algo que consideramos relevante y que no se ajusta a lo anunciado. Además, la configuración de la cama no resulta adecuada para una pareja, ya que se trata de dos camas grandes separadas, lo cual no es lo habitual ni lo esperado para una reserva de este tipo. Asimismo, uno de los colchones presentaba un estado claramente deteriorado, excesivamente blando e incómodo, lo que evidencia una falta de mantenimiento en el mobiliario. Por otro lado, hemos encontrado falta de limpieza, con presencia de suciedad y restos que aparentan llevar tiempo, lo que afecta directamente a la calidad de la estancia. A esto se suma un aspecto especialmente molesto: durante toda la noche ha habido una nevera dentro de la propia habitación, visible y en funcionamiento continuo, con constantes arranques que generaban ruido, lo que ha impedido un descanso adecuado. Asimismo, la ventana del aseo se encuentra en mal estado, estando rota, lo que evidencia nuevamente una falta de mantenimiento.
