Jesmond Executive Villas

Room was large, cleverly designed and well equiped with full size fridge. Property is close to a good bush walking trail that I used for exercise. To limit intermittent air conditioner fan noise at rear of ground floor apartments windows had to be closed tightly. The windows seal well but then prevent fresh air flow into apartment. Air conditioner in my apartment didn't seem to be working - notice on screen referred to filter needing to be cleaned. The apartment stayed surprisingly and comfortably warm during the cold days. Exterior walkway lighting was very bright at night coming through translucent entrance door - I was able to block this by a hanging a curtain, (not designed for door) found in the wardrobe, from the curtain rod at the top of the door. En suite floor becomes wet when showering.

Definitely on the top of my list for another stay.

Overall is good. Like the location and the surroundings.

Had a kitchen where we could make breakfast each morning.

Overall good and convenient. Bedroom space tiny and one side of queen bed against the wall limiting access to that side. No hand towels or face washers.

Ok for one or two nights, wouldn’t advise for much longer

Jesmond Executive Villas, the name greatly overstated what they offered! A motel opposite Jesmond shopping centre

Absolutely the most untidy accommodation I’ve stayed in. Disgusting! Hair everywhere. I dried the floor after having a shower and the towel ended up brown from dirt and scum. I would have stayed somewhere else but we didn’t check in till 10pm.

We aren’t particularly fussy travellers but this place is dodge. Unless you can get one of the modern rooms up the back don’t stay here. The rooms at the front near the highway- don’t stay here with kids. You may as well pitch a tent on the side of the Newcastle city bypass. Noise is unbelievable not just from cars but the undesirable people staying here. The room came with bonus used towels in the wardrobe. Had to request toilet paper. The toilet wasn’t clean. There are cats everywhere. And on the second night a group of people turned up and had a very loud sex orgy in the room next door. Just what you need when you have young kids with you. Gross, classless place.
