Jesmond Executive Villas

Book somewhere else. From the poor communication around check in to the soggy wet carpet in the apartment, the last 2 nights were a poor experience. Room 101 in Azure has so much water damage the carpets are soaking wet. Yet the manager doesn’t care and didn’t offer a change of room. If you check in and get room 101, ask if the carpets have been dried. The bedding wasn’t clean, we found small hairs through the bed and the bed cover had stains on it. So gross.

Room was nice but stove was dirty there was lolly wrappers on the floor. The night manager called my mobile and told me that he doesn’t care what we are doing in the room but we need to be quiet and I explained we were not making any noise we were eating food and he replied I don’t care just be quiet so i walked down to the office and no one answered feeling unsafe not understanding why the manager was so rude and the person next door started yelling because he must have heard me talking to to my mum about the weird call I ended up calling the police and was then informed by the police lady that it’s the worst place to ever stay in Jesmond that it’s full of people who have drugs and alcohol problems if I wasn’t as tired as I was I would have drove us home at midnight but it wasn’t safe so I got a little bit of sleep and at 7am I got up to shower and I had not hot water at all so packed up and left will never ever return to this hotel

I loved their spa. Nice and spacious however the pool was out of use the whole time after someone had confirmed the pool WOULD be in use the next day. The staff at reception seem miserable and not forth coming. They don't appear happy to be there. The pillow case had yellow stain, the bed sheet had a cigarette hole in it. The cleaners were more forth coming than reception staff. They could learn a thing or two from their cleaners.

It was difficult to drive to/ from being on a divided main road. Wet towel folded on bed on check in. Check in details arrive half hour before check in time & further email after check in. Noisy guests for hours after midnight - I phoned emergency after 2am as a child was also still up refusing to go to bed Spacious room with all facilities you need. Big bed. Good price. I’m choosing not to stay again. .

King executive room very comfortable. Pet friendly! Parking near room can be a challenge but great value for money motel!!

I really liked it but bathroom tab was broken plus toilet paper holder broken and all towels holder was loose and broken just wanted to let u know other than very good

Early check in with a pleasant clean room ! 10 out of 10

two properties on different laction, all access on one property have to use the code to entry include lift, and lift doesn't reach to car park, car park entry sometimes malfunctioned,. No bedside table and room light switch on bedhead, very inconvenient place to stay.

Very comfortable and staff are excellent
