Jesmond Executive Villas

Check in details and room locations were unclear and confusing from the get go. The room was extremely small and stuffy and filled with bugs (flies, mosquitoes and other small flying insects) and the air conditioning was sub par and did not match what was described upon booking. Also has a massive construction site set up on the adjacent property at the moment. We ended up leaving less than 20 minutes after arriving and finding alternate accommodation.

Staff said no transport to Newcastle airport from Jesmond, advised to book shuttle bus $65 per person. They should have informed there are public buses go to Newcastle Interchange, then change buses to airport.

Nice apartments and friendly staff

Wasn’t available for check in at 3pm like stated. Arrived at 4pm and had to wait extra half hour before being able to get in to room. Few things in the room damaged, a window was open and unable to be shut, fridge not clean and had expired milk capsules in fridge.

Reception was very rude, unit had no hot water, parking was deplorable DO not stay there

Alot of street kids and people hanging out at the front of hotel and making too muj noise throughout the night but overall the room was good and comfortable aircon was really good though.

Location convenient but construction is ongoing outside. The room was not clean and not quiet.

Stained sheets not fitted or even tucked in room smelt like urine, park was just big enough for a scooter shower hand held or going all over the room. Felt unsafe worst experience ever.

The check in process was easy and quick, staff were friendly and helpful. The property maintenance and upkeep could use some attention however.

Our room was not properly cleaned the window sil had old soft drink rings on it , as well as where you could clearly see it had spilled down the wall. The down light above the front door in the room was half hanging out.
