Do not go to this place if you are a Woman or have Children This is the report I sent to Management From Tom Groves room 44- 23/2/2025 Dear Sir,  Tonight at about 9:00 pm I was in the shower. When I came out my wife was extremely upset and I asked why. She said she noticed the door to the adjoining room (44a I believe) was ajar, and she looked into the room. What she saw shocked and terrified her, lying on the bed was a man masturbating, she retreated to our room and closed the door. I phone your office and your staff member Ali came out, inspected the other room, and saw signs of occupation.  He explained that the only way for a person in the adjoining room to access our door was if they had the code or the door was open. That Sir, is a serious breach of security!!! Access to our room should ONLY be possible from our room. I await your response  Tom Groves —————————- The next morning I sent this report At 7:30 this morning the door between rooms was open when we got up. I called out to the person inside who came and closed his door He was a man with a full beard about 6 ft He had full access to our room while we slept As yet we can’t tell if he has stolen anything —————— I later spoke with Tony Hughes the Owner and received no satisfaction and he hung up on me

Booked spa room got a std room. Someone spat on the blind. No refund Conveniently close to shops etc

Just don’t book it You end up over the road And have to park at maccas Unsafe

My 90-year-old disabled friend spent the night in terror as her door wouldn't close and others were drunkenly racing about outside her room. It was difficult to find the premises. There was only one pot in supposedly equipped kitchen. There was no response from management when I complained.

Rooms present well as always

The overall property was nice and the unit was well appointed, a few impacting negatives would be the pillows were like rocks, even the spare pillows.. it would be far better to have some firm and others soft so clients could find a possible ideal choice. The bed layout next to the wall was also a little restricted for the person against the wall. The kitchenette was great but the oven contained no oven trays, there were two oven wire racks covered in a little foil, it would be great to offer some sort of baking dish so the oven can be used.

We were not accommodated in Jemond Exec. Villas but in Azzure Appart. The windows leaked the “Queen bed”” Was only a double, there were not easy access power points in the bedroom & it felt grubby, it was also quite noisy

The accommodation was dated & felt unclean The "Queen" bed turned out to be a double pushed into the corneer of a tiny room where there was no access to a power point to charge phone or plug in my CPAP machine, there was no bedside table or place to put laugage, the windows leaked & it was very noisy

This is a construction site! Do not be conned in staying here. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with the accommodation. The negative 1. Completely over crowded (probably illegal). 2. It took me over 90 min to get access to a place to sleep. The place I booked had a locked gate outside the door which No-one could unlock. The staff tried several bunches of keys. Eventually I was moved to a different place for which I only got a working code after the third attempt. 3. The place I ended up had a bad smell in it. At this point, well after 9pm, I was to tired to again engage with reception. The positive 1. Very patient reception staff helping in obviously difficult conditions. 2. While smelly the apartment was clean. Fortunately I only had one night to stay in there. My heart goes out to the families that was conned into booking at this place for their holiday.
