The spa was amazing

Our booking was changed without communication. The sheets in three of the four beds were dirty and clearly had not been changed between guests. The floors were dirty. There were renovations being undertaken and most surfaces had building dust on them. There was a dirty fork under the bed and a used/discarded nail file caught up in the sheets. We were given an apology, but will not book here again.

I have stayed in this place before and enjoyed it but this time we stayed in a "Deluxe " villa and it was awful. Firstly road work around the property has left it settled in a dug up paddock.The villa we had was very run down.The security door handle was broken on the inside making it dangerous to get out in an emergency.It also had sharp edges left on it cutting my arm and my daughters blouse. The kitchen cupboards were hanging off,benches had laminex missing.The spa bath had a rusty stained bottom that look like a massacre,the cold tap pipe leaked.The pillows were like laying on a log.The lounge /bed had not been cleaned under for some time and it's mattress looked like it had been defaecated on. Built in wardrobe door not running properly.Definitely not deluxe.Wouldn't recommend a stay here at all.

On arrival we were told our unit was across a very busy three lane main road … in another street 300 metres away from main accommodation.. the new unit wad fairly new touchdial access to front door elivator and room .. The main foyer was not air conditioned and was extremely hot.. my partner who has COPD had to get out of elivator on level 1 because of heat and and request a seat from matinence people repairing a room.. after 15 minutes we went up to level 2 our room was clean and had air conditioning nice and cool and clean first floor foyer was extremely hot and no air flow, this must be looked into…

Reasonable pricing. Could do with regular maintenance. Eg leaking kitchen tap. Roadwork made it difficult to get in and out of the complex.

Easy to find quiet area

As we walked into our room to find someone asleep in our room, they put us in an upgraded room which was more like a cheap dorm, and at another part of town then another room at another part of town which was a little better but still not what i had ordered. We left some items in a room, i rang to see if i could get them and was told they would contact me back....never did. . Wouldnt bother using any properties associated with them. I almost considered deleting hotels.com because of this terrible experience.

Great value for money and the unit was clean as a whistle
