The address we go sent was not the same as the one they sent us to it was across the road behind a McDonald’s Front entrance was dirty go inside to the lobby area where the lifts are there was rubbish and cigarette butts Go tot he room you have to lift the door to get it to close didn’t feel very safe to me with 2 young kids the back outdoor area off the room had rubbish out there and cockroaches would not stay here again and feel ripped off

Small bedsitter. Broken window shutter. Functional kitchenette. Close to amenities and shops. Limited carparking. Electric vehicle charging capacity but expensive considering not an ultra/fast charger.

Beds were super soft and had a great night sleep. Room was not that clean had handprints everywhere and cigarette butts outside on the balcony. Bathroom was nice and clean though. :)

Don't stay here. Pay more and stay elsewhere. Showers were stone cold. Nowhere to park. No one answered the phone when we tried to get into the carpark. We were put in a different building than what we thought we were booking. This place does not meet basic expectations.

Staying for one night as a quick stop over was fine but we weren’t impressed with the dirty bathroom the stains on the furniture, the awful mattress or the light on next to the bedroom window with the shutters missing slats so the room was bright all night making sleeping a challenge. The hotel staff were very good to communicate with in the lead up and gave clear instructions as a positive but the room was certainly not up to scratch

The room is big and comfortable. Separate bedroom king bed. Sheets were clean but had brown stains on them which wasn't appealing. Kitchen plates were put away without being cleaned just rinsed which was disappointing.

Can't say I liked this accommodation at all First room smelt like a Ash tray the windows where sealed shut and the room in general felt dirty Spoke to staff and got room changed. This was great Moved to the second room and there was hair in the bath windows and sliding door with no fly screens making letting fresh air in a fight with bugs Overall very disappointed for the price save your money go somewhere else

There was dirty bare footprints on the tiles, a pube in the spa bath along with some other unsavoury floaties, our ensuite door wouldn’t shut because the wood is smashed, there were broken sunken tiles in both bathrooms, the glass tabletop was unstable and the toilet seat plastic was peeling. Nothing “executive” about it. The AC units made loud repetitive ticking noises and the overall property was unkept, particularly the pool which was murky with flaking paint everywhere. There was also limited parking, as we had a trailer in tow and were forced to oak outside someone else’s units.

It was so clean and new it was just lovely to stay at

The experience we had a JEV was awful from start to finish!. Lost our booking, told us we didn't have one. Rude to my daughter, ignoring me in the reception area, rolling eyes at my simple request to check in. Room not ready at check in time, waited.... needed to phone a friend to go to their house to get ready for an event as room not ready. Came back at 10:15pm to find carpark crammed with cars, no place to stop and unload our luggage. Had to park in a nearby street. Room disgustingly dirty, smelly and nothing like the photos! Stains in bath looked like blood, dishwasher had dirty dishes, linen dirty and stained, animal excrement in kitchen, cupboards broken. I thought the night road works may keep us awake but... it was actually because the bathroom smelled so bad it was difficult to sleep. Everywhere you looked there was grunge. Outside not much better. There is no way this should have used the name executive!!! A gaol cell would have been more inviting! As soon as we saw the state of the site and the overflowing bins we should have just kept driving!!! It is what I would consider a public health hazard and should be shut down. Don't believe the occasional good review, I would expect it is review fraud!! I don't believe Tripadvisor should be using a 4 stars against this establishment. I will also contact the GIATA.
