"Slept really well!"

The owner was at the desk, checked me in, took my deposit etc. It is a family owned and operated location. I felt that they were extremely friendly and welcoming. It is an older travel lodge type facility that they have fixed up and seem to take pride in. I prefer these types of places over corporate locations. Will definitely choose them again when in the area there.

Nothing. It was absolutely filthy. It wreaked of mold and mildew. There was hairs all over the sheets. Floor was gross. Staff was rude.

"Horrendous"

They stole money from me and told me it was my problem. Tweakers everywhere. Staff was rude and condescending. You couldn't pay me to stay there again.

"Dont Book!!!"

At check in was charged more than what the booking.com rate was, couldnt explain why. Wouldnt refund money stating booking.com had to. Mold growing in Room, beds were wet, room was cold and even with heater in room never got above 62 degrees, room smelled musty, denied ground floor Ada room at check in stating none were available then after complaining about sanitary issues in room were moved downstairs. There were 3 other cars at the hotel 4 including ours, hard to believe that a ground room was not available at check in for a guest who is disabled and needs help going up and down stairs. Refused a refund for the night despite conditions. Ended up paying the same amount for a nice hotel across town.Will be contacting dept. Of health with photos and videos of room.
