Bed want very comfortable and shower didn't work

I liked the staff was curious and polite

My bed had some blonde ladies hair which picked a fight with my gf was in the bed when I went to lay down

The only positive, unfortunately that I can give was the gentleman I dealt with was very nice & helpful.

The room was not clean at all. The jacuzzi had dirt and nasty build up. I also went to use the coffee maker and opened it up and found a moldy coffee filter that had clearly been in there for awhile. Extremely minimal supplies in the room. No soap, only two hand towels. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. All four people in my party couldn't sleep and was extremely uncomfortable. We ended up leaving at 5am roughly on the second night. No one got barley any sleep. The TVs in each room was extremely dated and small. The flooring around the Jacuzzi was in rough shape and panels at the base of the Jacuzzi was broken and in a bad state. Half the buttons didn't seem to work either. The rooms were very cold when we arrived. It seems they did a remodel a few years ago but unfortunately in all honesty I cannot say we had a good stay. It was definitely not worth the money spent for two rooms for two nights. I would probably rate this a 0. I do not recommend sadly for anyone to stay at this hotel. It's worth paying more for a good room at a better hotel. Again the only positive is the man running the hotel was very nice and kind. It seems it's only him and a woman running the entire thing. They definitely need maids to make sure everything is clean and sanitary and they need to make sure the rooms have everything we are paying for. They had lamps in that room that you also couldn't use because the plugs were taken by everything else. Because of that we had to unplug things in order to charge our cell phones.

The property itself was clean and well-kept as well as the room. It even had a convenience store located right on the hotel property. The staff was super friendly, very welcoming and I was very pleased. It exceeded my expectations all the way around. I even was planning on booking a room for 2 weeks in the near future. But after checking out that plan changed

When I went to check out my deposit which was a $50 cash deposit was refused. I was confused and I of course asked why it wasn't being refunded . The girl working behind the counter showed me her cell phone, which the house maid had sent her two pictures. One of a washcloth with makeup on it and one of the top corner of my bed sheet where there was a small area that a bit of overspray from my spray tan got on it as well as three small drops of tanner. I explained to her that I use all natural self tanner and that it is easily removed from normal washing. And the makeup on the washcloth was from washing my face at night and it also would easily be removed in the wash which I was under the impression that all the laundry in the room got washed between guests anyway and that there was no permanent damage done to any of the propertie so I didn't feel like she had a valid reason to withhold my deposit . She basically said- you had a face wipe in the room provided for removing makeup and so we're keeping the deposit. I didn't feel the need to sit and argue with her so I asked her just to email me a picture of the "damages" she emailed me the two pictures and I sent email to the hotel later explaining that my damage deposit was denied and i explained I felt they were wrong for doing this because makeup or normal soil on towels and linens — does not justify retaining a guest deposit. These items are routinely laundered between guests, and removable soiling is not permanent damage or loss of property. Deposits are intended to cover actual, permanent damage, not normal cleaning. I therefore requested that the full $50 be refunded. REFUSING TO RETURN MY DEPOSIT WAS 100% THEFT. SO BECAUSE THEY ARE THIEVES AND I KNOW I'M NOT THE ONLY PERSON THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO I GIVE THEM ONE STAR. I HAVE NEVER EVER LEFT A BAD REVIEW AT ANY PLACE I'VE EVER STAYED NOR HAVE I EVER NOT RECEIVED MY FULL DEPOSIT BACK THIS IS DEFINITELY A FIRST
