Very nice hotel, very clean and the staff were very helpful. breakfast was very good, I would recommend it.

Very bad not to have free WiFi.A rip off actually.Same breakfast just tomatoes no beans or mushrooms etc

Very noisy nightclub & pub area a cross the road. Noise continues usually until 6 am

4 Star, this should be downgraded immediatey to a zero star. First of all the car park, so confusing, you have to press a button outside the building before you go in, so we had to back up and then a stranger showed us how it works, same on way out. Second, the check in, although it was pre paid via Hotels.com the receptionist wanted me to forward a confirmation e-mail to them, very odd as I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this was the first time I had to do that. Third, the elevator, hallway to room and room was grossly undermaintained, smell of urine and damp on 5th floor to outside pool area too. 4th, bed was like sleeping on concrete, one pillow each too. Fifth, wi-fi is not free and I paid for a token of 5 Euro for 24 hours in lobby. Sixth, I asked receptionsit if I had breakfast included as no confirmation on Hotels,com or from reception on check in, she and her colleague bluntly told me to check with restaurant as they don't know. Personality and cutomer service definitely lacking here. We went out for breakfast instead. We checked out thankfully after one night, glad we didn't book any longer. Lovely hotel, close to the beach front and harbour. 10 minutes walk from the bus and rail stations too. Right near some good restaurants and shopping area. Good selection of food at breakfast too (only B&B). Hotel room really comfortable and clean. Only problem was our room was on the outside near the party street - so from 2 am til 6 am it got very noisy! Staff were very helpful! It said free Wi-Fi but you have a pay for it! The roof top pool was a bonus at the end of a sightseeing day!

The main problem with this hotel is that it is next to many bars and nightclubs and the extreme noise goes on till at least 4am. The hotel needs at least triple glazing and an entire refurb. Everywhere looks very dated and the pool area is extremely shabby with smelly drains. The staff work very hard, are almost all pleasant and the entertainment staff are excellent. Food is not good, done on the cheap and tasteless. In this day and age being charged a lot for wi fi and a room safe is simply appalling. Go and use the free wi fi at the organic cafe next door in protest.

Really dated in every respect in need of a great deal of money spent on it.

Had a good time at the hotel it was a little theatre break and the hotel was very convenient.
