Booked a Room with a terrace (paid extra) over looking the marina but didn’t get one.Went to reception and was told those rooms were suites checked hotel web site they don’t have any suites so basically they fobbed me off.

Disappointed a 4star hotel does not offer free WiFi when you can get it in bars and cafes across the road

On entering our room we were disappointed due to it being dated, however we soon realized the room was immaculately clean, room service wanted to come daily. There was only 3 news channels in English but i managed to to sort remote and some of the American detective programs i transferred into English.The location was fab, the staff nice and the food good.

Nothing much to say, it was the usual business visit - several times a year for 8 years. I stay at the Las Palmas in winter due to my normal hotel, Las Rampas, being closed during the chillier months. The former is adjacent the promenade / harbour / ocean and is a 15 minutes walk from the railway station, the latter is in town and adjacent the main shopping street and is a 5 minutes walk from the station. The former has little character whilst the latter is full of character.

Last minute booking for one night. Great views over the marina and close to beach and town. Plenty of bars and restaurant near by, unfortunately quite a few people selling all sorts of illegal products and services around the area late at night, but otherwise a great location. My room hadn't been made up on arrival so I was upgraded to a junior suite which was wonderful. The receptionist was very apologetic and very helpful. The breakfast was ok, but not really worth paying much extra for as there are plenty of places to eat nearby

Hotel is older and tired. Our rooms overlooked multiple discos which were open until 07.00am and very noisy. Staff were not interested.

The WIFI was expensive and very week

Took my wife away for a few days in may. Made welcome by staff on arrival. We were early so we put our cases in the hotel room. Went out for a few drinks. Got our room at 1.00pm. Room was as we seen on the Internet. Great views as we were on the 8th floor. Bit of noise from the pubs and nightlife down below us. Room was cleaned every day. Hotel was a near everything you need. We would stay here again

We always stay there 2 times a year and I can't fault it
