Residence Inn Chico

Maid did t clean my room and I was there 5 days!!! Cold coffee at breakfast. Never took out my trash. I did it everyday

The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. We were there for an organized bike ride and they opened the free breakfast an hour early to accommodate all the cyclists. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including healthy ones! The coffee was great too! There were even fresh berries. As we were doing the ride the next day, we asked if they would store our luggage to keep it safe. They instead offered us late check-out until 2pm! We were able to return to our room and shower before driving home (after being rained on during our ride). We could not be more grateful to have the room late. We will absolutely stay again and told the ride organizers how wonderful the hotel was. Thank you.

I was supposed to stay at the Residence Inn which I booked months ago but the Wednesday before my Friday visit I was walked to the hotel next door. Wish they had not done that, great service there but ceiling is paper thin. The guests above me kept me awake starting 3am walking around, heard every excruciating sound.

Specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub, but both were closed due to repairs. The breakfast was limited on the second day of our stay due to a broken hot plate. Never could get my laptop to connect to the internet. Very disappointing stay.

Always a nice experience at this hotel. The staff are great and always helpful, even late at night. Convenient out of the way location with easy access to town.

This had to be the top 3 worst rooms I have ever stayed in at a Marriott property. I stayed in room 317. There were two windows, and in each, there were "in window" air units. Both units appeared to be put in with paper and tin foil. I could hear every word and noise coming from the outside. There were shades on the window, but you could not close them if you wanted the air to come into the room. I was forced to work with the sun in my face, or have the room be extremely hot. At night, I was kept awake late by the group down at the pool/bbq area. Not that they were being overly loud, but because my windows were basically open to noise. These temporary and horrible in window units are not acceptable. I will never stay at this property again. Completely unacceptable.
