Residence Inn Chico

Was in an easy to get to location. Nice room but a few problems. One of the bedroom closet doors was stuck, wouldn't slide at all and there was zero body wash in the pump. I loved that we could open the windows for fresh air. And that we had an entire kitchen! Lots of room. Cool decor except the weirdest sofa I've ever seen. Comfortable beds.

Helpful front staff

Water line to toilet leaked and caused a puddle on the bathroom floor. No manager or maintenance was available on the weekend! I had to put a bucket under the leaky valve and tighten fitting myself. This seemed unacceptable to me considering the cost of the room.

Very friendly and accommodating staff

Bed was comfortable and room was clean, but door was very tight to turn and made getting in and out hard. Shower head was loose and kept moving when showering without frequent adjusting, breakfast has selection but taste of hot food not so great. No overview of the place when we shared we were first time visitor.

Great customer service, easy to check in. Great communication.

Some sort of event was at the hotel which was terribly loud... until 1am. I got about 2 hours sleep. Would never stay here again. because of the noise level.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, and safe. Everything we wanted for a three night stay. A special kudos to the staff who worked Christmas. I hope corporate appreciates their dedication.
