"It served our purpose well - it is not up to Mariott standards at all."

They let us check in early which was an awesome thing they did for us.

I was disappointed at the over all condition of the facility. The hallway carpets were dirty - needed to be vacuumed and needed to be cleaned or replaced. There was an odor in the hallways that was musty and old smelling. Doors and trim work needed to be cleaned and painted. This did not feel like a Marriot at all.

When I checked in Friday night tv didn’t work. They didn’t know how to fix. They came up to room about 30-40 min and tried to fix. Then trouble shoot. Next morning I called because the night before they said it would be fixed. I was in meeting all the next day, I called 2 times to see if it was fixed and no one knew anything about it after checking with the front desk before I left that morning. Came back to hotel went to room not fixed. Front desk said to mov rooms. I am by myself she brought me a new room key and didn’t help me move rooms at 9 pm at night
