Residence Inn Chico

The people working here were the nicest and most helpful ever. Cash and Grace both made us feel very welcome and wanted. The hotel was quiet and the space very nice. And the people made it! Thank you for a very nice stay.

Everything was perfect! Room was awesome! Beds were super comfortable and they had very nice welcoming staff! We will definitely be staying again when we are back!

This is a Residence Inn without the latest logo or decor design, and that’s fine. AC was frigid and I don’t think controllable, but not an issue with blankets. Illuminated sign was outside the window and curtain did not fully block its light. Road noise was obvious. Car-dependent location. Nothing great or bad about this property. I’d stay here again.

We found old dog feces in the spare sheets for the pull out.

Property is clean and staff is nice. Suite size misrepresented—we booked for 5, but suite was really only sufficient for 3, 4 at the most. There were insufficient linens and bedding; when we asked for Extra blankets, we were told that there were none available—we were freezing cold all night. Also, no hot water for shower. Disappointing for price. I go to Chico often to visit family, but will try other places before I book at this place again.

Bed bug, large urine stain on mattress. Staff was professional and breakfast bar was clean and well maintained.

Nice place. A little pricy for being in chico but a nice place

The property said that it was pet friendly which is why I booked it. I paid top dollar for an average hotel at nearly $400 for the night and then upon check in, they charged me an extra $100 for a non-refundable pet fee. I felt that it was too much and it was not expected.

It was aweful, I booked a 2 week stay in a suite. The booking cost 4200.00 paying that much I thought they would of at least been kind to me. First night I was there. I had no towels , I asked for towels. Lady was rude and told me there is no room service and to come get it myself. When I went to the office she tossed the bag at me. I went to my room opened the bag and one of the towels had blood on it. That night I went to go get snacks with my brother. They stopped him asking what room he was in , then the person said never mind rolled her eyes. Next morning room service came by I said not right now, when they said they had no room service. They came back and hour later with 4 women. They told me to get out. I said why? They told me I had the suite only for 2 nights. I responded with a no, I am booked for 2 weeks. They said no your not , you were supposed to check out at 11 am so get the hell out. Manager called me telling me I didn't have a two week stay, he pauses and realized I did book a two week stay and already paid for. He apologized and I told him I am no longer staying anyway, and I'll be at the front desk soon. I've been treated unfairly. No one helped me clean the room. One of my beds had no blankets, no sheets. I had to go buy my own. The pool had a tampon floating in it. Very gross. I turned my keys in got my money back and walked out. I will never stay here again.
