My stay went well overall. Few things could have been better, iron should be in the studio, and kitchen utensils should not have to ask. Internet service was inadequate, lost out on my work training.

I love the staff they are super friendly and helpful.

Will always choose this hotel to stay in. The rooms are clean, stocked and huge!! Absolutely LOVE it!!!!

The manager and Jamaican desk attendant were trying to accommodate my problems

Infrequent room service, leaking bathroom from above, I had to get clean towels most of time, but worse was roach infestation. Also by using booking no Red Roof points given for a one month stay.

They make it look good in the photos, but it is a very old property and I did not feel safe. There were no amenities. The price was very high for what it was. The bed was clean.

I checked in with my daughter (five years old). A man claiming to be the owners brother broke into my hotel room; he had NO UNIFORM OR NAME TAG or any identification that he was part of the hotel. I asked him what he was doing in my room and never answered the question. My room was locked and had the latch on. He brought tools specifically to open the latch and when I noticed the tools he said he thought there was a “latch problem”. I can’t begin to tell you how lucky I was that my husband arrived just as this was happening and that I called him; He heard when I told the man to get out of my room. He came running to confront the man who called the “manager”. A manager that appeared out of no where; again no uniform or name tags, and only cared that my husband used a cruse word. As soon as the “manager” came in the picture and had zero intentions of resolving or helping I picked up my daughter and ran with my husband following us. It was the most terrifying experience I’ve ever had. This hotel needs to be removed from your site.

I stood in a line with only 4 ppl in front of me for over and hour then the front desk canceled my reservation acting like I canceled it when I still had to reservation on my phone and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave because I asked did they give the room away these people were very rude and nasty literally

The staff was very accommodating. The room was clean. Everything met our needs.
