I Was Able To Sleep In A Comfortable Bed And Take A Cold Shower That's What I Liked

Power was off.. No Dishes In Room No Shower Gel, Only One Set Of Towels In Room/ AC Not Working

The room was all the way in the back of the building, old units, the a/c in the room didn’t work at all and it was very hot in the room and uncomfortable

That I was accommodated immediately after I called the front desk about my complaint!!!

I didn't like that fact that there was a roach in my initial room, the TV was broke, the bedroom smelled like stale cigarette smoke and when we asked for the pots and pans so that my wife could cook we never received them!!!(the entire 8 days of my trip)
