The manager is not very helpful. I will not be going back to this hotel again. I'll go where customer service is provided.

We were very disappointed! The photos we reviewed on the website must have been old photos including the TVs didn’t work…. They had to send someone to fix them. The roaches on the floor under the chair was the worst! We left early…. We couldn’t stay any longer!

I liked the comfort of bed and size of the room

The molded shower head, the faucet being detached from the shower wall. The fact housekeeping took my used towels and did not replenish nor the toilet paper. I don’t like that they have a policy to inspect your room, as if I was renting a Section 8 apartment. The furniture was old and in need of updating. They don’t have the complimentary lotion, soap, shampoo or conditioner.

Everything was bad Too Dirty. This hotel doesn't have housekeeping. The room abandoned Zero maintenance It's like a wreck Microwave full of rust. It's a trash All room bad cleaning. Full of dust Wi fi doesn't work at the room This room it's not able to be offered for service. Electric power outlets in bad condition The room need to be painted All this room it's a mess... shouldn't be called studio The pictures at booking.com are false. Doesn't match with the reality We ask this hotel the reimbursement of the money. Shouldn't be listed at booking.com

Its a great place for friends and family right next to i 95 gas station and more

They gave me the wrong room. The area is to dark and doesnt look safe. The room they gave me was all the way in a back alley and it was real dark. I feel i was over charged for the room and to be honest i did not stay in the room. I stood somewhere else and feel i should get some of my money back.
