Clean room.

The person at the front desk, who I think is the manager or owner had very bad bedside manners. Not helpful. Poor English. Didn’t offer any information. I had to ask how to get to the room even. The room: bed sheets were clean, but cover had stains. Side of bed falling off, dirty towel on back of the bathroom door, somebody else’s food left in the fridge. Pieces of trash and a hair pin, hair and dirty/ fuzz all over the carpets. They didn’t even try to vacuum. Bathroom floors, counter & tub covered in hair and dust. Small Hair shavings from numerous stays. Bath tub also had hairs. We stayed to even get basic breakfast. It was shut down at 9a. I’ve never seen one shut down so early, my fault, but I assumed they would keep it open until 10a. I realize this is a very cheap hotel and I stay at these often while traveling, but I don’t know how this place has the ratings it has. It should be 1-2/5, not 7/10 or 3/5. My basic need is safety and clean … AT LEAST CLEAN FOR BASIC SANITATION.

The staff was very friendly. The lobby was clean and smelled good

Our room smelled terribly musty. Our eyes got puffy, and heads were stuffy within a couple of hours. I turned on the air, and it got worse. We opened the window, and that didn't help. Went to the desk for assistance, and he gave us air freshener. We should have asked for a different room. Could barely breathe this morning upon departure. Precious visitors food was left in the fridge also. When you walked by the sorconditiiner you could tell there were issues with water damage, floor sunk in (but wasn't wet) great value, just not worth the issues we had this morning

The mold in the fridge, in the bathroom, the peeling paint, the destroyed room chair. I really didn't approve of the owner accusing my husband of "stealing" a blanket out of the laundry room, when it was another staff that gave it to him. In one of our rooms, it looked like there was blood splatter on the ceiling. The pillows were hard and the beds were like 20+years old.

Restaurant and bar that is advertised has been closed for years. Neighborhood is one of the roughest ones I’ve ever been in. Even the waffle house down the street was DoorDash only.

The breakfast was shifty but had great juice atleast

There was an old man behind the desk. It was constantly harassing us and yelling at us for dumb Stuff like grabbing an empty cup from the break room and then kicked us out when we still had 2 days left because 2 people had to stay the night. Mind you nobody called up to the room and said Hey, they need to leave.They just tried charging my card and then when I talk to them at first , they said it was a three hundred dollar fee , which is dumb since it was that 2 people stayed one night but he then changed the price to 20p when I talked to him a bit later so I waited for shift change in the morning and talked to another employee and they told me it was only 100$ so I asked him what was going on by the man the night before told me multiple different prices and the front desk person looked at me and said alright then 200 instead of 100 so I leave to find another employee I can talk to or a manager because I asked both frontd desk workers to talk to there manager and was either straight up told no or sum dumb excuse was made for why I couldn't. Eventually I found another employee and started telling them what was going on when the front desk person comes walking down the hall and starts yelling at me not to talk to his employee. The employee tried helping and talking the the front desk and he yelled at her to shut up and told me I had 15 minutes to pack my stuff and get out he was calling the cops. In each he then followed me to my roo. As me ad my gf quickly tried grabbing our stuff before we left and worse part is we still had 3 more nights already paid for that we lost and were stuck with nowhere to go along with loosing a lot of our possessions being kicked out supper quick
