We had a very good experience for our two night stay at the Springfield hotel. The reception staff were really nice and helpful. The room was modern, comfy and clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast which was worth it for 10 euro each. Although we didn’t use it, you can hire free bikes from the hotel which was a nice touch. The best part was that there was a bus stop that goes direct to Maynooth on one side, and to Dublin on the other. UK visitors, be mindful you can only pay with the exact change on the bus, they don’t do contactless like the Uk busses. Or you can get a pass from a corner shop. It cost us €2.60 each way to Dublin centre. The hotel was able to give us some change from our notes which helped.

We had our sons christening in the Springfield Hotel in August and it was a fabulous day. Lynn looked after our booking for us and she was amazing to deal with. Kieran looked after us on the day itself and couldn't have done more for us, can't thank all the staff enough yous make a great team. We will be sure to have another celebration with yous again.

The hotel operation is first class.

We had our daughters christening last weekend in the Springfield, we had the private restaurant room and opted for the BBQ for food……it exceeded all expectations, the food was great the the staff couldn’t have done more for us, Kieran and Omar were looking after us for the day and nothing was too much trouble. Their service was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend the venue to friends and family for any occasion. We really enjoyed the day and will be back again soon

A lovely hotel with fabulous staff. I haven’t met such friendly people working in the hotel industry in a long time . I stayed in a quad room with my daughter and grandchildren. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the bathroom didn’t have an extractor fan and was a little small.

The Springfield Hotel is conveniently located 20 minutes from the Dublin Airport. The staff was both professional, friendly and helpful. I arrived extremely late and exhausted after a stressful evening of rental car trouble. There was a nice gentleman waiting at the desk to great me. When we brought our luggage in on a cart another young man assisted us to maneuver the cart and kindly offered to bring it back to the entrance for us. Our room was updated and tastefully decorated. There were robes and slippers waiting on our comfortable beds. I also noticed there were complementary bicycles to borrow on site and a full-service spa. We were not able to take advantage of these amenities during our short stay. I would definitely return to this hotel when visiting Dublin. Highly recommend!

We have visited the Springfield hotel on numerous occasions over the years as it was always reliable for good quality food and service. We visited in July on two occasions and were so dissatisfied. We were hoping the first time was just a once off bad night ! We ate off the bar menu. The food was not of a good standard, veg undercooked, and was served lukewarm. The service was also extremely poor with three different people serving our table, service was very distorted with food arriving at different times. A poor shadow of what we were used to when we visited before. We also found the bill to be quite expensive for the food we received.
