Springfield Hotel

We stayed at the Springfield Hotel the night before our international flight, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. The location is super convenient for Dublin Airport – just a short drive away, which made our early morning departure so much less stressful. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Knowing we had to leave early, they arranged for hot breakfast to be ready ahead of schedule – such a thoughtful touch. And the chef even made Nutella pancakes especially for our toddler, which absolutely made her morning (and ours!). Communication was smooth from the moment we booked, and everything from the food to the comfy bed and pillows made it easy to relax and get a good night’s rest before the journey. It’s rare to find a hotel that feels this personal and accommodating. If you're flying out of Dublin and want a stress-free, welcoming place to stay – this is it. We’ll definitely be back! I recently booked a meeting room at and the experience was very good and positive throughout the stay. The room was well-equipped, clean, and perfectly suited for our needs. A special shoutout to Teresa, whose warm hospitality and impeccable service truly stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, making our meeting a seamless experience with an eye to details and a good sense of humour. Good hotel, staff was helpful as it was our first time in country. No fridge or microwave.

Room was in need of attention. Dust in certain areas, damage to the wall was patched up but not in the same wall colour. Room was beside a staff room door that was constantly opened and closed and on the other side was the noisey air conditioning units that you couldn't see (because of frozed glass) but you could see if you opened the small window the inch that you could. Food ordered was bland and tasteless and straight out of a microwave, terrible.

Room was lovely but smell of cigarettes when we got in, was fine though. Bed was comfortable, room a little warm (no air conditioning) but luckily there was a window we could open. For some reason the tv started flashing green and red at 4.30 in the morning. I had to unplug from wall.

Bus right outside hotel, very pleasant staff and good food served in restaurant. Very clean rooms and property.

Bedrooms are extremely comfortable, great linen and pillows The menus were constrained, but varied. The food was outstanding, always provided hot and tasted absolutely freshly cooked. The staff in this hotel would be an asset to any company. Their empathy and ability to provide excellent service often in challenging circumstances is a delight to see. The hotel and all surrounding areas were impacted by a burst water pipe . This has no impact on the catering services. So well done for just carrying on.
