Only room nothing is good

Staff are not so much of friendly n I pay 210 idr for one night n they took another 50 idr for security deposit of key but after reaching my room only room key is provided.i asked them key for locker but they didnt provide.and all staffs are not interested to introduce you anything.people from glil t are so much of rude arrogant n show attitude …Gili t have nothing n they are depends on tourist but I don’t know why they show too much of tourist.tourist not expected like this all .

Great hostel located right in front of the beach, perfect for sunsets. The staff is really friendly and caring. The place is very clean and well maintained, the vibe is also super chill.

Staff went back on their words last minute for booking a horse cart for a solo female traveller. I had asked to book a cart a night ago and giving multiple reminders in the morning. Even after that the cart wasnt arriving. So I went and asked and thats when they said they dont provide any services for booking carts. My ferry got missed as I had to figure out things last minute.

Très bien, bien placé car côté jolie plage. Le trajet en vélo se fait très bien pour sortir le soir côté bar/club. Hyper animé, avec de très bonnes soirées !

Le fait qu ils harcèlent par Booking même après la fin de la réservation malgré les demandes d arrêter leur relances pas message c est ce qui leur coûte un point
