We stayed for a day, lovely host and very informative. Always happy to assist with big smile

This was, hands down, the best accommodation we found in the whole of Jordan. No contest. It completely exceeded our expectations. First, the room felt genuinely modern and thoughtfully equipped. So many little details were provided that really surprised us in the best way, including snacks, towels, a razor, and slippers. It made the stay feel effortless and very comfortable. Second, the staff were outstanding. Everyone was warm, polite, and genuinely helpful, and we especially loved the receptionist, Makati. We asked for his name because we wanted to leave a specific compliment, and he said he did not need personal credit because he represents the hotel. That attitude says everything. Service, cleanliness, breakfast, and any questions we had were all handled with care and attention. Finally, the price was very reasonable. It is a short distance from Petra, so we took a five minute taxi ride, and you can also walk if you prefer. The bonus is that it is very close to the main restaurant street, which is an easy walk.

The only thing is that it’s a bit distance from Petra attraction but again it’s very close to the restaurants and not that touristy, which means it’s quieter.
