Petra Heart Hotel

The staff were very friendly!

Breakfast was not an open buffet. The location is quite far from Petra; the hotel is on a hill, you need quite the energy if you decide to walk up/down.

¡Todo! Nos recibieron con un zumo. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda. La habitación, ademas de tener nevera y todo lo necesario, nos proporcionaron unas zapatillas, un cepillo de dientes y pasta, peine, pequeño costurero, una esponja para limpiar los zapatos…También, todo los días, nos dejaron unos snacks y agua en la habitación para todos. El desayuno fantástico y el personal maravilloso, nos dieron indicaciones para visitar Petra lo más cómodamente con los niños. Además, una noche pedimos la cena al servicio de habitaciones (dos pizzas y un shawarma de pollo) y estaba delicioso.

Nada. Como sugerencia, propondría que en el baño pusieran una pequeña repisa para colocar alguna cosa

The rooms were old and dirty. Our shower didn’t work in the first room so we had to change rooms.

The hotel was friendly and the area is convenient

Très bon accueil, jolie hôtel, chambre très propre et spacieuse. Lit confortable. Des bons conseils pour visiter Petra. Possibilité de garer une voiture juste devant l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner correct et pas cher.

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and although there was no staff at the hotel, a staff member quickly arrived and opened the hotel, let us get ready and stored our bags whilst we went to Petra. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised given the price we paid. It was a walkable distance to Petra and there were restaurants nearby where we had breakfast and dinner. Thank you to the staff for being helpful and accommodating.
