This was a return visit, so I knew what I was getting - very comfortable, clean and inviting rooms with lovely professional staff. They even surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake which made my day! Rooms were heated for our arrival and the complimentary snacks were much appreciated. They also ordered in yummy manakish for us to take on the road. Great location to walk to Al Wadi restaurant and shops (better than the Petra entrance end of town).

Great location and very comfortable rooms. The staff were exceptional in their communications & friendliness. Great breakfast as well.

The shower head could do with some attention but other than that very comfortable.
