Nice clean rooms. Hotel is well maintained. Breakfast is decent.

It was very cold with no heating. The receptionist in the evening wasn't very helpful. The older gentleman in the morning was very good.

The lobby is not heated at all, and the room was freezing whenever we entered. Took us 30 mns to heat it.

Petra Heart Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Petra. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions, making it super convenient. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, but the standout feature is the amazing staff. Abdullah was exceptionally kind, always smiling, and went above and beyond to help with any request. Najafi was also a fantastic receptionist, ensuring everything was smooth during our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for its great service and location!

A nice and clean hotel in a good location. Room size was also good and hence adding on to the comfort. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was very good. We had a really comfortable stay and couldn’t recommend it enough.

Hotel and room are just like on pictures. Everything was clean and we were warmly welcomed by Abdulah. He was very professional, kind and always smiling. We had a perfect time in this hotel. Thank you Abdulah.
