The property is located right in the heart of Batu Ferringhi and it is accessible to most of the places.

It was a beautiful hotel and we had a great stay. I requested for a complimentary slice of cake for my sister's birthday and they obliged, so thank you! Overall, was a pleasant stay and a nice property.

Breakfast for me was a bit of a letdown for a 5-star hotel. Choices were not much and taste was so-so. Also, if you sit outside, the watersport operators testing their jetski and filling up the petrol was not so comfortable for us because of the smoke and fuel smell. We also ordered room service and it came late and we were told by the F&B team it was because the Kitchen wanted to close up at 1030pm even though their room service menu was available till 11.30pm. They also got our order slightly wrong but we didnt make a fuss.

The environment, the sea echo and the view from my room everything is so exceptional! Really love staying there and celebrated my wife’s birthday was the best decision ever! Services from all the staff and management are top notch! Love it

I really liked the whole vibes the resort was giving, the ambiance, the pool and the communal areas, it's a value for money. even the toile is massive, which I appreciate. and the tub at the balcony is just cherry on top. breakfast was good too, they did mention the peak time at the restaurant entrance so you can plan out when you want to come. excellent choice of foods and drinks overall .

The room they assigned to us at first had aircond problem, which they knew about since the beginning (other rooms at the level was on maintenance) but did not inform us in advance. We had to switch room at 10:30pm and no sorry was given at all. Although they gave us an upgrade (in the form of additional bedroom in the room?) which we did not need. they acted like it wasn't their fault to assign us a room that had aircond problem since the beginning . so I take it they do not care about the comfort and convenience of their customers.

1.空調冷氣夠冷，很舒適。 2.咖啡廳兌換迎賓飲料時，當天值班人員很親切，續住時的房務人員、冰塊服務與行李派送人員亦是，這點有改善了入住時的觀感。 3.謝謝訂房人員協助家人慶生，甜點好吃。

1.早餐選項不如預期，尤其有蒼蠅，對開放式的餐點感到擔憂；第二早用餐時，從座位離開前往取餐時，被詢問房號，有點唐突。 2.原以為有私人海灘，但僅有游泳池可安心下水，但也因為露天泳池，水裡有很多樹枝(葉)等物品掉入，鳥類也會在池畔喝水，衛生一度有點堪慮。以及，不確定馬國法規，但家人提出無救生員情況，回想確實無人看管泳池。 3.房間打掃可再確實，發現頭髮與寶特瓶，以及漱口杯有缺角/裂痕。 4.號稱服務親切，但入住時櫃台人員完全不介紹。
