"An overall nice stay but with some issues"

Room size was great very spacious, staff very friendly. Nice touch to be given fruit in the morning at breakfast

Rooms are very dimly lit, not good for makeup or getting ready in the evening. Breakfast options were limited, buffet would be better than set menu as sometimes you didn't get certain things with your breakfast that was on the menu and coffee wasn't good. Service was sometimes slow.

I've stayed at this hotel before and absolutely would again! It was the perfect size room for my family and we loved the breakfast variety in the morning on the rooftop, it was nice to have options for eggs, oatmeal, pancakes, and the fruit was wonderful. The location is ideal with everything we wanted to do in town in under 10 minutes walking and everything we wanted to do at the beach/cenotes about 10 minutes driving. Also having access to the private beach at Diamante K was so great.

I wish more potable water had been available. But honestly this hotel is such a dream we had a wonderful time.

L’emplacement top! Facilité pour garer le véhicule. La chambre très spacieux. Le lieux est comme sur les photos.

Le petit déjeuner pas top. La douche pas assez de débit. Personnel froid.
