The bed was amazing

The location was awful, the view from the room was non existent, the rooms where dark as you just had a wall and some trees to look at. Loads of building works all around. No where near a beach even though it says beach access. If you want something better book by the beach, we left after 1 day. Asked about a refund and we got told we have no chance. The breakfast was average. The picture of the hotel looks good but it's not

Schön eingerichtetes Hotel in zentraler Lage - im Tulum Stadt alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Gutes Frühstück.

Beach Club Access bedeutet, dass man in einem Club für 400 pesos pro Person eine liege reservieren kann, den Transport muss man außerdem on top selbst organisieren, das hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt.
