Viva Fortuna Beach by Wyndham, A Trademark All Inclusive

The Beach and Pool were great! Lots of privacy compared to other beachfront resorts. Not a lot of harassment from locals trying to sell you something. Most of the staff were great, especially the beach/pool bartenders. Give a tip and get treated even better! The entire property is dated, but overall the grounds are nice and clean. The Italian restaurant had pretty good food as well as the Mexican restaurant. Service in both were great! Plenty of seats on the beach to choose from.

The buffet was meh... but for the price, it worked. Most resorts have staff that bring drinks, but they don't here. The wine on tap is not good, but the inside bar isn't far away and those drinks are better. The evening entertainer has a decent voice, but she's a little annoying. Half the time she's trying to get the crowd involved, which is fine, but there's a point where it's not fun anymore and we aren't there to entertain the entertainer. The beds aren't that comfortable, the pillows are small, there are't a lot of towels in the bathroom for a family stay, however you can get more. Most resorts have a welcome cocktail while checking in, but not here. We knew of the 'timeshare' pitch they'd make, so we were able to get out of that quickly, but still found it annoying that we just arrived and want to get settled in and they try to get you to commit to a presentation before you actually get to check the place out. There isn't a lot of shade on the beach, but there is some.

Ich habe um 17 Uhr eingecheckt, keine weiteren Infos, nur suchen sie selber und im 2.Stock. Hilfe durch Bellman..gibt es nicht. Empfang durch das Hotel, 0 Punkte. Wasserauf dem Zimmer fibt es nicht. Warum? Dann ein Zimmer mit Durchgangstür bekommen, als Nachbarn, Spring Break Kids. Ich habe das teuerste Zimmer gebucht!!! Am nächsten Tag mehrmals um Zimmerwechsel gebeten, keine Chance an der Rezeption, obwohl Zimmer auf allen! Buchungsplattformen verfügbar waren. Jeden Abend zur Reption, Party im Nachbarzimmer angezeigt. Das ist ein Problem durch das schlechte Management imHotel. Ich werde, wie andere Gäste auch, an den CEO schreiben. Für mich war dieser Urlaub ein Albtraum durch dieses Zimmer. Achtung, tauchen ist auch nicht möglich. Warum? Viele Gäste haben im vorraus gebucht! Man wird an einen Tauchschule für fast den doppelten Preis vermittelt, auf dem Schiff. Diese Tauchschule ist gefährlich. Buchen Sie auf keinenFall!!! Wie viele andere Gäste auch, es ist eine tolle Anlage mit einem schlechten Management. Auch tägliche Anrufe um 5 pm ob ich mit dem Zimmer ok bin sind eine Frechheit, wenn man bei Problemen ignoriert wird. Geld war es nicht wert!

Wonderful location right on the beach. The staff is amazing. The entertainment is great.

Piękna plaża , ciekawe animacje

Barmani pracujący jak za karę podchodząc zamawiając drinka czy kawę czułeś się winny , że wogole zamawiasz coś do picia . Zaznaczę , że dawaliśmy napiwki . Barmani pracujący z łaski . Dwa prawdziwą margarita jest z solą a ta w hotelu zostawiała dużo do życzenia :( pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z obsługą barowa , która aż tak nie kryła się , że jest nie zadowolona ze swojej pracy .

The ocean/beach

Staff was not helpful. Gave us a double queen bed when we paid for a king ocean view for our honeymoon. We could see the ocean from our room but wouldn’t call it an ocean view room that we paid extra for. Couldn’t make reservations at restaurants because booked. Told when checking we could do that. Got to room tried to make reservations and all reservations were booked. Had to eat at buffet and eat lukewarm food. Bathroom looked dirty also. The posting listed a mini bar in room. This did not exist. Just a fridge. Definitely not worth the all inclusive price we paid.

Increible, no solo el lugar, el personal, la predisposicion de los mismos. La calidad de sus servicios, comida y espectaculos de primer nivel. Realmente es muy recomendable.
