I liked the beach and food variety at the buffet. I had a lot of fun paddle boarding. I wish I tried the trapeze. After we switched rooms it was way more comfortable and relaxing. View was incredible.

The service we received was not very welcoming. The bartenders were rather slow, and the quality of the drinks was not up to par. Additionally, we found that having a drink anywhere, particularly by the pool or beach, attracted a significant number of bees, which made it quite uncomfortable to enjoy our beverages in those areas. During our honeymoon, we were offered breakfast in our room, which was a unique offering as room service is not typically available. Unfortunately, our order was forgotten, and we waited for several hours for food that never arrived. This was quite disappointing and reflected a concerning level of attentiveness from the staff. At the beginning of our trip, we were invited to a one-hour meeting to discuss a "timeshare" or "membership" opportunity. We are now quite content that we did not choose to participate, for several reasons: 1. On our first night, we were assigned a rather worn room situated directly in front of the pool. This made it impossible to sleep due to a pool party that continued late into the early morning, even on a Monday night. 2. When we requested a room transfer, one staff member repeatedly questioned who had authorized our move. 3. One of the bellhops, whose hair was quite distinctive, exhibited rather unprofessional behavior. (We would like to note that the other bellhop was excellent.) 4. The entertainment provided was clearly low-budget and often quite cringeworthy. 5. Bees were a constant presence. Holding a drink invariably attracted them, and they would swarm around us. Fortunately, I was not stung, but others were. 6. The pool area felt rather small for comfortable relaxation. 7. The jacuzzi was cold. 8. When given times for reservations or activities, these often did not align with what was posted or communicated, and excuses were frequently made as to why we "couldn't" participate. 9. We were only permitted one or two restaurant reservations per week.

The location and Beach are beautiful. The outdoor space is also nice, the pool and the activities provided are cool

The room was actually pretty gross. Upon arrival, there were dead bugs in the room a cup full of cigarette butts, and water on the balcony. The bathroom title was disgusting - the bathroom was small, old, and dirty- broken mirror and title. I honestly preferred to jump in the ocean to clean myself. We survived the 4 days by avoiding our room as much as possible. Also there is not a decent cup of coffee in the entire resort. The in room coffee maker was moldy inside ( no way am I using that). I asked for an americano at the bar and the worker ran hot water over a used portafiller basket for 1 min.. um no thanks- ewww

The beach and outside ground was beautiful. The sand is soft and the water is calm enough to enjoy snorkeling and paddle boarding. All the staff were very kind and helpful rather is was finding our way around the different activities or getting a taxi to the Market.

The rooms were a bit outdated and very basic. We did not spend much time in the room so was not a issue but if you are looking for a new modern room this might not be the place for you.

Didn't get what I pay for, room wasn't clean, and no hot water

We would never stay here again or recommend it to others. The floors in the rooms are always wet because of the AC causing condensation on the floors, mirrors, and windows. The room barely had any light so good luck getting ready. During my stay I slipped and fell multiple times on the hard floor due to the AC wetting the floor and due to one more fall as we were leaving, I will have to see a doctor with a toe injury. The TV in our room was extremely outdated and barely worked—it even shut off completely for an entire night while it rained, leaving us with absolutely nothing to do. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and while the buffet food was decent, it was rarely open when we were actually hungry. They close many times a day. The snack bar, which stays open until 6 PM, only served burgers and hot dogs—and they often ran out. On our last day, a tropical storm hit. Guests were advised to stay indoors, but at one point, the buffet, snack bar, and convenience store were all closed at the same time—leaving absolutely no food options for several hours. Meanwhile, staff were still working out on the beach. They also are unwilling to help with any discounted rates if a natural disaster cancels flights. They will happily leave you stranded even after you spent over 2k at their facility and show no type

Staff (Tacashanae and Jerry) had a horrible and rude attitude. Gave us a twin bedroom when we paid for a king. Then refused to accommodate and referred us to expedia for support. Flies everywhere in the buffet, the food is a 3/10. The two restaurants were terrible as well. I don't write bad reviews, but this one is an exception. We checked out a day early. Please spend your money elsewhere.
