La localisation paradisiaque , le restaurant est bon. L’équipe d’animation est super.

Chambre vieillissante , ménage fait en surface ( jamais sous le lit) les espace extérieur un peu négliger .

La struttura è molto bella anche se ormai datata e non ben manutenuta. La spiaggia bellissima è molto ben curata. A 2 km di distanza (passeggiata a piedi lungo il bagnasciuga) una delle spiagge più belle mai viste I ragazzi dello staff dell’animazione molto bravi e coinvolgenti, si danno un grandissimo da fare per far sentire tutti coinvolti

La ristorazione è PESSIMA. Davvero si fa fatica sin dalla colazione a trovare qualcosa di buono da mangiare. Completamente disorganizzati anche nelle cose più banali (tipo il pancarrè da una parte e il tostapane in un bancone all’estremo opposto della sala). Poca scelta e dí bassissima qualità. Al secondo giorno vorresti andare a cena altrove. Per fortuna nei 3 ristoranti a tema va un po’ meglio

The resort itself was okay.However, my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by how my cousin and I were treated compared to some of the white guests. We noticed a clear difference in the level of attention and friendliness we received from certain staff members, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome at times. While not every staff member behaved this way, the contrast in service was noticeable and disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this property has so much potential, and all guests should feel equally valued and respected.
