There has been very little interaction from the staff here. While in the room, there weren't any movie channels. The pool was very clean and well taken care of.

Great location close to King's Island. Nice that shuttle service is provided to the park. The room was clean and comfortable, however the bathroom configuration was strange.

The breakfast bar was stocked well every day we was staying…The rooms were clean and smelled clean as well…The staff was friendly and there is also a shuttle to and from Kings Island…An awesome bonus….Just tip the driver…

"Not correctly represented "

The property was not as described. The bath tub was stained, floor had not been cleaned, there was a moldy smell, and the carpet was dirty. We stayed one night, and asked for a refund as we were going to stay somewhere else. The front desk person apologized and said that they would issue a refund for the 2 nights that we didn’t stay. I checked with hotels.com on the refund status and I was told that the property stated that I had booked a two night promotion and would only refund one night. This is not true as there was no promotion. I simply booked three nights. So we have an unclean room and a staff that lies. They also would not give me any kind of confirmation of the refund on checkout which I should have taken that as a clue.

"No pool big problem "

Staff was friendly Hotel was run down and wverything was broken. The poolnwas closed and we were not informed ahead of time. This is one of the main reasons we stayed here and it was shut down. Breakfast was kinda meh.

Great location to kings island, check in staff was super friendly, pool stays open till midnight witch is great for after long day just wanna relax, down side I noticed so far is can hear the highway in the room so not to well insulating but overall great price will find out in the morning if the breakfast is good or not.
