Stayed here while attending a few days of Cincinatti open. Overall a great place! Clean, customer service was 5 stars. Anything we needed (towels, etc) was handled right away. A/C in room was nice and cold. Breakfast is the typical eggs / biscuits, etc. 24hr coffee in the lobby. They provided a free shuttle to the tournament and it was also within walking distance of the venue.

Clean hotel with very comfortable beds. Very nice staff. Great place for the price, while visiting very nearby Kings Island. Will be back next year.

My only complaint is the PAINTED concrete! It poured during our stay and we witnessed a lady fall and become unconscious. The EMS had to be called. Then one of her relatives was carrying a toddler to thr car and he also fell. The paint itself has no real texture to it, so it becomes very slick when wet.

"Not the Quality Inn I’m used to"

We were on the second floor. No elevator. This is a motel not a hotel. Loud road noise. No conditioner in the room and there were hardly any tv channels.

The motel staff were friendly and welcoming. Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Time and weather did not allow us to enjoy breakfast, the pool or view of the Kings Island Fireworks show. Shuttle service was a fantastic bonus.

The location was convenient but things like ice machine and vending were very inconvenient. I asked several employees where these items were located and none of them knew, which seemed very odd to me.

"NEVER AGAIN!"

Booked a king room but wasn’t available when I arrived. Got stuck with 2 queen beds. All staff were very rude. Even staff supporting breakfast was horrible. Grabbed my bowl of cereal out of my hand while I was trying to dispense the food into the bowl. X XO
