only issue was parking. there used to be a reduced rate at adjacent public garage, but not any more.

The hotel is located within walking distance of everything. Parking is convenient and reasonably priced. The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful and courteous.

The price. In my opinion, the cost of the room was a bit expensive, but the area, staff, and cleanliness of the room made up for the price.

It was clean

I reserved a king with a sofa bed for three of us. When we got to the hotel, their computer was down and they had given our room away. They offered us a room with two queens or a king without a sofa bed that was handicapped. This would not accommodate our needs we needed three separate beds. As we had a long journey home, we really needed a place to stay. We asked that they allow us to have both rooms so we all could sleep in a bed. They would not do this. They gave us a room key to a double queen room that was already occupied. Once that was rectified, we got a key to a double queen room. We were told a manager would call us, but we never heard from anyone. One of us had to sleep on the floor. The next morning as we checked out, we told a supervisor of our dissatisfaction. He said that they were in the process of getting their computers up and would call me within an hour or so. As I write this, it’s a day later and I still have not heard from anyone. I understand the computer issue is not their fault, but it’s not our fault either we arrived after an event, and I doubt that they would have been able to sell the extra room. I think they should have adjusted for us.
