Killarney Plaza Hotel and Spa

Awesome property.

Wonderful hotel, this is my 3rd time here and I will be back again. Comfortable and welcoming, great food, wonderful and helpful staff

Excellent 3 day break staff were so helpful and attentive hotel it self was beautifully decorated for Christmas only down side was the car park and the near impossibility to get parking in the public car park due to big ice skating event

My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Plaza Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how impeccably clean everything was. Every space, from the lobby to our room, was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel instantly comfortable. The staff truly made our visit special. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was offering great local recommendations or quickly accommodating our requests, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. For anyone looking for a clean, inviting hotel with exceptional service, we can’t recommend the Plaza Hotel enough! We’ll definitely be back.

As usual, our annual stay at The Plaza was exceptional. From the warm greeting at the front desk, to the beautiful mulled wine! Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, so we enjoyed a drink in Cafe du Parc and the front desk called us shortly after to stay our bags were in the room so we didn’t have to worry. The pool area was peaceful and the breakfast was delicious. Only improvement that could be made was the wifi was non existent in our room, we must have been too far away. This hotel was great. (2nd time staying here, last time was 2 years ago). The lobby was beautiful…parking was easy. The restaurants on property were great. We had dinner and drinks as well as breakfast and everything was outstanding. Staff was very friendly as well.

Very satisfactory one night stay at Killarney Plaza.

Check in unavailable until 4:30, even though it’s stated 3pm. Late checkout not available as they need to room ready for 3pm, doesn’t make sense. Suite was a large room but not up to the standards of your average suite. No room service past 9pm and no residents bar.

Good clean hotel in the heart of Killarney town. Only downside : room was not ready atvthe time of check in and we had to wait one hour in the lobby. Also don't get fooled by a message from hotels.com showing in the app under the booking a day before the stay commenced saying :" this property requires you to stay longer. Try adding more nights or choosing a different property for your stay" this is not true and when I rang the hotel they did not confirm same. I found that misleading. Good hotel, fully recommend.
