We had a fantastic stay in the Plaza. Great food and atmosphere and comfortable clean rooms. We'll be back!

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was responsive and courteous. The breakfast buffet had a good range of food to for most guests needs. We recommend to park in the outside car park behind the hotel to avoid the super-tight parking spaces and turns in the underground garage.

The hotel was lovely and clean great location super room staff were friendly and helpful very good shower food was excellent outside space was very surprising and impressive I would recommend a stay at this hotel if you are in the area

We had a wonderful stay. The location is just perfect. Steps from National Park and downtown. We used the hotel bikes for an easy morning bike ride in the park-lovely! Rooms clean, comfy and welcoming. Staff was great! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay!

Terrible parking options. The underground garage is tiny, hard to navigate, and fills up fast. Had to pay for overnight parking in the public car park next door. Great breakfast buffet.

The hotel was great! It’s in an excellent location, making everything very walkable. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious, as was the cafe du parc. We also really liked the spa. It’s pretty, tranquil and the service is excellent.

Hotel pics not good representation of actual hotel. The hotel is very dark and old in its interiors. To shower. Had to use only the hot water and still not really hot. Staff very nice. The restaurants very good. If I go again, would book else where.
