Fabulous hotel. Easy check in and allocation of room. The rooms are spacious with kettle coffee machine and mini fridge. They supply bottled water in your room and will replenish it at reception. Lovely large walk in shower. The beds are spacious and comfortable. If you find them too firm ask at reception for a mattress topper which I did. Having never done all inclusive in Europe I was so impressed with food choice at every meal. Wine with your dinner, cocktails, San Miquel on tap and coke fanta extra if you want soft drinks. The sangria is to die for. There is a small pool on the same level as the restaurant which is great if you want your feet on the bottom. The larger pool is down some steep stairs along with the entertainment area. There are shops bars and restaurants a 5 min walk from the hotel. Then there is the beach. The water is crystal clear and it is safe to walk out with sand under foot. Beautiful fish swimming around you. Entertainment is every night if that’s your thing and plenty of activities during the day. A truly professional team all round will definitely be back.

10/10 for our holiday at the AluaSoul from start to finish. Such a warm welcome at check in with the option of complimentary cava. Our room was spotlessly clean and well proportioned with a wonderful sea view to die for. Rooms have Fresh towels daily and are cleaned daily and the option for fresh bedding on request by placing the turquoise card on your bed. Small deposit of €10 for a beach towel @ reception and you can refresh as often as u like. Food was top notch and was not repetitive at all, other than as you’d expect the same items available at breakfast in the buffet restaurants. We took advantage of the 3 al a carte restaurants on site, none disappointed us. Alcoholic Beverages were of a high stnd… yes they did get u drunk! Every staff member was polite and helpful. The entertainment team were fun and not at all pushy. Mikey the fitness and entertainment manager twice weekly pool Zumba is a must for the burning off the AI calories but mostly because it was such fun! The live music every evening was also great and worth watching. The pools and surrounding area are spotless and the beach cove is stunning… paddle boarding from the friendly guy in charge of the loungers is only €25 for the day/€20 2 hrs. We will defo be back. Great hospitality especially from Rossuan and Felix when we had our last dinner at Meria

Booked the Sister hotel accidentally as I had planned on staying in Palma which suits both my partner (city) and I (Cycling) and close to airport etc. Sister hotel manager in Palma would not allow us to change hotel to Aluasoul palma son as a result our holiday was not enjoyable. I will find a hotel that's more accommodating next March on my return.

Beautiful property, right on the cala/beach area. 3 pools and an all-inclusive option which we loved. Staff were always so nice and kind and friendly. The staff were so much better than other hotels we’ve used.
