Great location! Our room was overlooking both, the swimming-pool area and the beach. Fantastic food options at breakfast. Staff were super friendly and welcoming!

It requires some maintenance from water damage.

Aluasoul hotel is excellent,clean,tidy,superb food and varied choice,nightly live entertainment,attentive service by staff in restuarant and bars,good holiday gym we were very pleased with all this hotel offered,and out of all the lovely Staff Eli,assistant manager stood out for us. The hotels location is great just 5 mins walk to market street day night life,its a very safe friendly resort no hard sell people in your face. The hotel is also right on a beautifull beach,we will definetly come back to this hotel. Brian ,Marion McPherson

L’emplacement , la plage exclusive qui était à proximité , le personnel hyper agréable et disponible!! Le petit déjeuner qui était incroyable et les buffets qui étaient toujours variés et bien garnis ! Le ménage est fait de manière régulière et toujours avec soins .

Das outdoor gym war gut ausgestattet, hätte aber gern noch etwas gepflegter sein können.

We arrived and we were welcomed warmly by friendly staff. The rooms were clean, spacious and cool. I had an issue with my hairdryer and my parents’ fan in their bathroom wasn’t working. We brought up these issues with reception and they were promptly resolved. The location of this hotel is fantastic. There’s a cove down a set of stairs (although the beach is public, so there are children playing on it. Didn’t really bother us though). The Cala Egos shopping centre had a variety of shops and restaurants, and it’s a 5 minute bus journey away from the heart of Cala D’or. The atmosphere was calming, relaxing and quiet. We went off season but I can imagine how busy it would get between June-August. We went half board so we got breakfast and evening meal free of charge. The food was okay but got a bit repetitive as time went on. It got quite expensive as we had to pay for our drinks every time. Also, unknown to us at the time, the hotel does not accept cash payments and only takes card payments. My parents prefer cash as a method of payment, so we had to rely heavily on our emergency travel card. Overall, our stay was pleasant. Staff were friendly, rooms were always cleaned well and it was a lovely place to stay.
