AluaSoul Mallorca Resort - Adults only

The hotel is in a great location and made it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were friendly, and overall we had a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The buffet was quite bland, so we ended up eating out most evenings. We did try the à la carte restaurants; the Italian restaurant was enjoyable, but the steakhouse was a let-down, with the steak containing a lot of fat and not great quality. We were also surprised by the balcony view. From our room, the balcony looked directly onto a brick wall. I would be especially disappointed if I had paid extra for a sea-view room, as the wall would still significantly obstruct the view. Overall, the location was the hotel’s biggest strength, but the food and room view fell short of expectations

Beautiful hotel in a peaceful location with stunning sea views and a very relaxing adults-only atmosphere. The rooms were clean and overall everything from the service to the facilities was excellent. The staff throughout the resort were friendly. A special thank you to Ross for the exceptional service during breakfasts - always positive, attentive and professional. He truly made the mornings even better and deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service. Overall, an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend AluaSoul Mallorca Resort.

An unforgettable stay in a truly idyllic setting. The rooms are beautiful, with stunning views over the water. Every morning was a delight thanks to Rossuan and Felix’s warm greetings at breakfast, Moi and Dorian looked after us brilliantly throughout the day, and Laura made every dinner a pleasure. A wonderful hotel, thoughtfully led by Maru. We left deeply grateful and would highly recommend it to anyone.

This was our second visit to AluaSoul and it did not disappoint! Lovely pool view room, spotlessly clean. The food was lovely - lots of variety. Staff were amazing but especially Radu on security and Mahmud in the pool bar. These 2 guys were always smiling and always willing to help! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good pools, nice food and private beach

Separated beds for me and my wife, they didn’t give us a full bed.

On our last day of an amazing stay- we came for a short trip but wish we had came longer ! We booked a sea view room and access to My favourite club lounge which was perfect as the beach area can get quite busy so It was nice to have a quiet spot to chill out. We didnt book all inclusive as find meals repetitive and went out for lunch but what we did have was nice. Only downside is hotel doesn’t accept cash for drinks. Area is nice with bars and lively enough for going out. Room and view was stunning and water refreshed everyday. We also enjoyed the entertainment at night. I have stayed in another Alua in Mallorca but this one was definitely better and I would come back.

A good location hotel split into 2 buildings around a beautiful little cove and sandy beach. Adult only ✔️ Perfect for a short stay we did 5 nights. A 15 min walk to a pretty marina with loads of good restaurants. The centre was short taxi ride which we did twice. Breakfast was very good - all the usual stuff - lovely terrace overlooking the beach- we sat here every day. Lunch was also pretty good - we chose the AI package which was perfect for 4 adults as we do like to have a drink and cocktails. The rose wine was also great! Evening buffett wasn’t amazing - though we could have 2 of the speciality restaurants- in a 5 night stay - we only did the steak one which was ok. we went out for dinner 3 nights. Lunch by the pool was brilliant - great setting table service - the staff worked so hard! Big shout out to Mike the entertainment and activity guy- he was funny and reallly friendly. The worse part of the hotel was the corridors - they were so ugly it was unbelievable! looked like a cheap motel! did not match anything in the hotel which was pretty stylish. Overall it was a great short break in a beautiful country.

Urent, skiftet aldri på sengene, brettet samme gamle håndkleet om og om igjen.. var klamt, aircondition skrudde seg bare på og av en time. Møkkete og ingen ventilasjon på rommet, var klamt og luktet så dårlig
