Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Auch die Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption. Ein grosses Kompliment an Miriam, die über WhatsApp jederzeit erreichbar war und unsere Fragen stets innert kürzester Zeit beantwortet hat. Ein weiteres Kompliment geht an den Fit Coach, der mit viel Engagement dafür sorgt, dass die Gäste aktiv bleiben. Das Aqua Zumba hat uns besonders gut gefallen und hat grossen Spass gemacht!

Im Restaurant hätten wir uns teilweise etwas mehr Freundlichkeit vom Personal gewünscht – ein Lächeln macht oft schon einen grossen Unterschied. Zudem mussten wir häufig recht lange warten, bis ein Mitarbeiter auf uns zukam und nach unseren Getränkewünschen fragte, obwohl wir bereits am Tisch oder in der Nähe standen und auf Bedienung warteten. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für Gäste, die ihre Ferien hauptsächlich innerhalb der Hotelanlage verbringen möchten. Wer jedoch gerne ausserhalb des Resorts unterwegs ist, sollte beachten, dass sich in der unmittelbaren Umgebung nur wenige Ausgehmöglichkeiten befinden. Es gibt keine attraktive Bar oder gute Restaurants in Gehdistanz, weshalb man für Abwechslung meist auf Transportmöglichkeiten angewiesen ist.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from. The restaurant was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making for a very pleasant dining experience. There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and well presented.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that were disappointing. The hallways had a noticeable odor, and the flooring throughout the property felt dated and showed visible signs of wear and staining. The biggest issue was the water. The tap water was extremely salty, to the point that it was unpleasant to brush our teeth or wash our faces. We ended up purchasing bottled water for basic hygiene needs, which was inconvenient. The air conditioning in our room also did not function well. The room remained humid throughout our stay, making it difficult to get comfortable, especially at night. The public pool was also smaller than it appeared in the photos, which was a bit misleading. That said, the pool bar staff and waiters were outstanding. They were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Their hospitality was definitely one of the highlights of the experience.

Meals were great. Attentive staff always accommodating. Spotless clean rooms. Pet friendly. Magnificent views around the beach area. Open air large gym territory.

Not enough sunbeds to accommodate all hotel guests in the pool or beach area.

Our 7th visit to this wonderful hotel. We have had the best time again. Really lovely hotel set on Cala Egos bay. Great views from the balcony overlooking the sea, beach & pool or rd side. Good food with lots of choices in the buffet and Restaurants. Allergies catered for foods labelled and always someone to help for Allergies. I’m celiac and eat well here. Bars have good Drinks. Really comfortable beds & pillows, rooms cleaned daily. Lovely friendly staff throughout this hotel, great entertainment in the evenings and animation team, keeping guest happy. All the reasons we keep returning.

We stayed here a few days back and honestly I would not recommend at all! This is a few of the many things that happened to us at our stay. I am not one to write bad reviews at all I usually just go with the flow but if I could help someone I will. Catering staff were extremely rude. We found they would serve everyone they could before us. Therefore I asked to order drinks in which I was ignored several time and was given a rude look. After a day at the pool we returned to our room I. Which we found our door wide open revealing our items in our room to the public. Therefore I entered and was asked to leave my own room and come back later so that the man in my room could paint the bathroom leaving a very strong smell. We couldn’t tell reception as the language barrier, we had faults prior (leaking roof) and the staff didn’t do anything to help. Food was absolutely awful freezing cold, uncooked and left for hours. Drinks were very unpleasant all cocktails were made from a machine and had a very syrupy taste. We booked all inclusive and for the price we payed it was not worth it one bit. All in all we are absolutely gutted as we were so looking forward to staying here as the location is absolutely stunning.

Beautiful hotel views are stunning staff amazing room lovely and clean food was very repetitive and poor choices the pools are lovely the night entertainment was at 9 pm and finished at no later than 10-15 sometimes 10 every night and nothing else very disappointing we wouldn’t return how ever if your looking for a very peaceful holiday would recommend

Honest review As a 4 star hotel it gets 5 stars but it's not a 5 star hotel, if you know what I mean? Was it perfect? no. Would I go back, yes. Myself and my wife are just back after a 4 night stay and we had the best time. Hotel is modern and well presented. The reception could maybe have been a bit bigger to accommodate existing guests when new ones were checking in. The staff behind the desk were all incredibly nice and friendly, and the glass of fizz on arrival was a nice touch. We arrived at about 12.30 and were fortunate that our room was ready. Others weren't so lucky so maybe pack a bag you can just grab to get pool ready whether your rooms ready or not. The rooms were nice. Beds very comfy, good pillows, good (not too noisy) air conditioning and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool area and beach. Mini fridge and safe included. Balcony rail was solid wall and quite high so you had to be stood up to see the view, but it was worth standing up. Rooms were cleaned brilliantly every day with fresh towels too. Main pool area was excellent. Variety of sunbeds and fairly easy to secure them. I went fairly early in the morning (about 8am) on my way for a run and had my pick of beds. Pool is salt water but really really nice. Paving around the pool is ideal. Doesn't over heat and isn't slippy. Pool bar was excellent. Staff, especially Pedro were great craic and very efficient. Cocktails were good standard for All Inclusive as was the draught beer (San Miguel) and spirits and soft drinks. We felt the pool area could have done with a daily hose down though as sand is regularly carried up from the beach. The beach is small but beautiful and it's really something you just walk through to get to the crystal clear turquoise waters which were a daily highlight. Definitely cooler than the pool but beautiful after 30 seconds of getting used to it. We floated out a bit to where the cove opens up and did a bit of cliff jumping. There's options of about 2, 6, 12, and about 30ft!! 12 was all I managed. The sea was absolutely gorgeous. The food was generally good. Great breakfast, good lunches but we were consistently disappointed with the dinners. Don't get me wrong, you'll not go hungry but apart from the salads (1st class) grill, pizza, burgers etc, the dishes of the day were pretty underwhelming and non descript. We always tried them but we were disappointed and always ended up going for the regular stuff. Deserts and cheeses were decent. Coffee not amazing either but I'm being fussy. Entertainment was mixed. I was glad to see it's not packed with activities during the day so you can just lie and chill if you want, but if you were more active than me you could have done shooting, pool, bowls etc. The head of the entertainment team, Mike is an awesome guy. Endless energy and really funny. I think he works 26 hours a day! We were chatting to him on our last night and he came and found us the next morning to say goodbye! Gio is a great guy too The Evening entertainment for the 1st 2 nights was excellent and we loved it. The 2nd 2 nights were very funny, but an Abba tribute is not meant to be funny. That said, the All Inclusive bar did it's job and we soldiered through. Overall we had a ball. The location, ie. Right on the gorgeous beach really sets it apart from other places. It's not 100% perfect but I'd recommend it and go back - and I can be quite fussy.
