"Lovely hotel, staff could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable"

10.0

Staff were wonderful and very helpful

One outside swimming pool could have been heated in May. Was not easy to swim or do the aqua fit class as too cold in big pool. Could have been easier to find gluten free bread and soya milk. This could have been put out and labelled at breakfast and dinner as other hotels do. Would have been good to have sorbet, one option with no milk or gluten or eggs to suit every one’s diet. Sometimes no dessert my daughter could eat but dining staff always very helpful. I am afraid reception are not clear about costs of tours which can be obtained at a much fairer price elsewhere

"Wouldn’t return"

2.0

The surrounding area of this hotel felt very unsafe & we were in fact advised by reception to not go out alone ! The cocktails were premade & awful the strawberry daiquiri & pina colada hadn’t seen fruit or alcohol Towel gate if you hadn’t reserved a sun bed by 730am you couldn’t get a bed despite numerous pools which were freezing cold

"Truly wonderful and relaxing, thank you!"

10.0

My second stay, and it was wonderful. Super friendly staff, brilliant location and great hotel facilities! Nice choice of food, really relaxing stay. Enjoyed our daily tortoise spotting. Mohmed shop just round the corner is great value for money too

Hairdryers in the bathrooms, very slow and difficult to keep on when trying to dry hair. Bathroom also slightly dated and had the occasional sewage smell

"A good stay"

8.0

Arrived to a clean and welcoming reception- easy to book in, we were in the main hotel wit views looking over the top bar. The main reception free flowing food & drink to help yourself too, small pool bar with great service. The grounds are superb, the Al a cart wasn’t open when we went but for us this wasn’t a problem. Main bar - plenty of seats great entertainment & on some nights a welcome drink to meet you for dinner. A lovely adult hotel with some special touches of popcorn or nuts with evening drinks. Pool area was comfortable- out of season it chilly in pool - like but some may complain!

"Beautiful from start to finish"

10.0

Positives: - Cleanliness of the hotel, the room, the pool area and the grounds. All spotless and maintained perfectly. Everywhere you look, people are busy cleaning and looking after everyone. - The staff are all incredible and so so friendly. A special shout out to Mohammed and Habib in the restaurant, they were so attentive and really made our stay memorable. Moroccan culture is warm and friendly, and we really felt that. It's like you are staying with family - not hotel staff. - There was a beautiful selection of fresh food during each service. If you like freshly prepared vegetables, delicious salads, tasty dishes, gorgeous lamb, beef or veggie tagines, then this is the place for you. If you want burgers, nuggets and chips? Go to Benidorm... - The service at the pool bar was efficient, and the staff always friendly and jokey. They are constantly collecting glasses and clearing the pool areas. - The free shuttle into the medina was useful, but we preferred to get a cab for 100MAD instead (£10). Much more flexible, and the taxi drivers are wonderful and have excellent recommendations. They often give you their number, and will happily pick you up where they dropped you off. - The location is perfect. It's 15mins or so from the medina. We enjoyed spending mornings in the medina, then coming back to the hotel for lunch in the afternoon and some pool time. When you arrive back into the hotel and gardens after being in the medina, you will feel 100x more relaxed. It's a beautiful contrast. We loved the hotel and surrounding areas so much. Negatives: - Loungers get reserved at the crack of dawn. If you feel brave enough, take the towels off and take the lounger! There are signs around saying you can't reserve beds or loungers.. but do it at your own risk! Some of the guests are a little... 'bold' and I can imagine it might get ugly if you did this to them. Even though you technically can! I wished the hotel staff would enforce this rule better. It did spoil the experience a bit. - Pool music.. Each day the music got cranked up in the afternoon. Fine if you like booming dance music but if you want a peaceful relaxing time by the pool, then pop your earphones in. - The bathroom was a little outdated and tired, but super clean. - Mattress was a little firm but bedding was spotless and clean. - We didn't spend much time in the hotel at night, so can't comment on the entertainment much but the crowd are a bit rough. Typical "Brits on an all inclusive holiday" so definitely venture out in the evenings if you want to avoid drunk middle aged women singing karaoke and harassing the band! No real negatives for this hotel!! Just our personal preferences. We would 100% return. Tips: - Get out and explore the medina in the morning and at night. The people are friendly and the culture is well worth experiencing. There are beautiful rooftops to enjoy drinks, delicious restaurants and lovely tea and coffee shops. I felt sad that so many of the other guests didn't leave the hotel. It's a vibrant and exciting city, with so much to experience. Just be mindful and respectful, and the locals will return the same kindness. - Tourist heavy areas in the souks seem to sell a lot of the same tat.. Venture further into the medina and you will find more unique items! - Taxis in the day are 100MAD, and night are 150MAD. Never pay more! - Coco rooftop has live traditional music, Dar Dar rooftop was also great. Nobu was a lovely spot for a drink and some nibbles. - Bacha coffee is a must!! But arrive there at 12-2pm. There is no queue and you will walk right in. We went at 9am and queued for 2hrs... You definitely do not need to that! When we left, there was no queue at all. - Go to Marrakech with an open mind - you will fall in love with it! Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at the hotel, you made our stay so memorable and we are so grateful to you all.

"Excellent Holiday "Again ""

10.0

This was our second visit to this hotel , having had a week in October 2025. You don't return to a hotel if you have had a bad experience. We will probably be returning again later in the year. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly and efficient receptionist. Our bags were taken to our room and everything was explained to us. The room was spotlessly clean and this happened everyday. Food in all restaurants was very good, with a wide choice and a variety of cuisines. The staff were very efficient , helpful and keen to please. Any requests were met with a polite and enthusiastic smile. The staff working in the outside bar were always happy and provided an efficient service. The pools and surrounding areas were very clean and the staff responsible need to be praised for their work. I must mention the "towel boys " with whom I had many laughs and banter. Mo and the other TUI staff were always encouraging guests to be involved in activities. For those who want to use the gym, it is well maintained with a wide range of equipment. There is always a member of staff in attendance. Entertainment at this time of year was indoors, but worked very well and well organised. We made use of the hotel minibus to visit Marrakesh, at no charge. My wife and I had an excellent holiday and we intend to return again in October. Very happy to answer any questions

"Fantastic holiday - would return tomorrow"

10.0

Where to start, unbelievable holiday - cannot wait to go back. Transfer to the hotel was approx 30-40 mins depending on traffic - an experience on its own, the roads are insane. Check-in was quick (check-in online prior if you can, speeds its up), Welcome drinks and concierge will take your cases to the room. We had the swim-up room, could not recommend more, we were still on the sunbeds at 7pm in the sun. Lovely room, everything you need, including hairdryer and safe. 4 pools: *Swim up pool area is very relaxing, no music. *Pool closest to the reception, day beds available on a first come first served basis, no charge, with other sunbeds dotted around. There is also a hot tub/cold tub....with bubble. *Middle/Main pool, low level music on all day with a nice chilled vibe. *4th pool located by the bar at the top end, small but nice and relaxing. More than enough sunbeds to go around all day, yes we got up at 6:30 to get 2 around the other pools, as sun doesn't hit your swim up terrace until around 1pm. And this might sound like hell, if you are a tad lazy, like us.... but there is a morning prayer alarm that goes off at 05:10 for 5 minutes, which was odd on the first day, but once you get used to it, it's like a sign to get up and enjoy the location. We just had a brew on the balcony, enjoyed the sunrise, went for a walk, towels and an early breakfast - not for everyone, but suited us. Food: Breakfast is served 7:30-10:30 at the main pool restaurant, good choice for everybody, cooked breakfast, continental, omelettes, fruit etc. Lunch is serviced in the same location from 12:30-3:30 (i think) and again has something for everyone. Evening meal is 19:30-22:30 which is a great touch opening so late if you're having a late afternoon, great choice in an aesthetically pleasing location - this is served in the restaurant by reception. Bars: There are 2 bars, one at the top pool and one inside. Ideally we, and others commented that a pool bar around the 'relaxation pool' would have been ideal, but in reality, it's a 30 second walk. Staff: The staff are superb, couldn't do enough for you, always friendly and realistically made the holiday more enjoyable. There is a Ping-Pong table and darts board if you fancy showing the missus how you'd have been a pro sportsman if it wasn't down to the ankle twist of sports day in year 5. Nice to have 15 minutes out the sun. Gym on site , didn't use it but had good comments. Spa also, but again didn't use it so cannot comment on the prices. The outer circumference of the site has a walk way which is great for a walk after dinner or to get the steps in, just loops around. The gardens etc are so well maintained, immaculate and adds to the stars, impressive. We had a last checkout room, booked at check-in, cost 650 dirham, which was around £52, which was worth every penny as it takes checkout from 12pm to 4pm, without moving rooms. ideal. There is a shop on site, but there is Mohammed Shop just outside of the front gate, turn left and a 1 minute walk - everything you need, from snacks, fake handbags, football shirts, memorabilia and everything else - at a fraction of the cost. This is also the place to book your excursions, cheaper and more authentic. The hotel puts on a free transfer to the Souks, which in our opinion was a great few hours out. Takes 20 minutes to get there (on the hour outbound 10am onwards, quarter past the hour back) Book at reception. Takes you to the Medina which is then a 5 minute walk into Marrakesh, all the shops, bars restaurants, authentic Marrakesh. We heard a lot about the hustle and bustle and it nothing of the sort, yes they try and get you into their shops vocally, but with a smile and friendly 'no thank you', they move on. It's full of colour, photo opportunities and more, would return! Entertainments isn't too extreme, and just fills the evenings, music bingo, karaoke and live singers. They do play all of the football games too which is ideal - unless you watch Villa-Spurs...ruined my day haha. Overall, we are already looking at returning later this year. Prob missed loads out, any question I'll gladly answer if i can.
