"Staff need a bit of training to be polite when they are dealing with Customers they pay a lot of money to stay in an exp"

"Beautiful beachfront, like staying in a postcard"

To be at a beachfront and walk straight in to the beach was amazing. Since the beach was so nice we didn’t use the pool area. The staff was very helpful and we got very good service. Our room was spacious and nice.

Very tired and utilitarian. Should definitely not have a 5 star rating.

See above. Plus always queues at reception. Queues at breakfast and poor selection. Very basic rooms. Coffee machine with paper cups . Poorly decorated and very basic.
