Location is great. Access to, and views of Caribbean Sea are wonderful.

The deferred maintenance is unacceptable for a king room price of US$500 per night, including breakfast but not including tax of close to US$100 per night. Furthermore, the breakfast facility was unwelcoming until I complained that the waits, the lack of service and food, and the unobliging treatment of guests are completely unacceptable for anything close to the cost of staying at the Barbados Hilton. Fortunately, there are alternatives, which I intent to use on my next visit, which will be my 28th visit to Barbados, and not to the Hilton

"Great location but the hotel is very outdated and old"

The location and the beach were fantastic. The cleaners and staff were lovely.

The breakfast was not included and was way too expensive. The food was not very good when we decided to have it. We had the breakfast on the first day and then went to local cafes instead. Blush and Sage are amazing and half price compared to the Hilton!!

"Disappointing. certainly would not recommend the hotel to friends. The only good thing it has is the beaches surrounding"

The beaches that surround the hotel.

It was tired, unkept, not clean enough. It needs a total refurbishment. Pool bar area filthy. The shower old and not powerful. The service in the restaurant extremely slow and hugely expensive drinks and food. Breakfast very mediocre. Overall certainly not the standards one would expect of a Hilton hotel.
